What we offer

Full-Scope Concrete Flooring Services

From surface prep through final coat, ICF delivers every concrete flooring solution an industrial or commercial project requires — coordinated around your schedule.

Concrete Polishing

Concrete Polishing

Diamond-abrasive mechanical refinement that transforms raw or worn concrete into a high-gloss, low-maintenance surface. Ideal for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and any high-traffic industrial environment.

Polished concrete is one of the most durable and cost-effective long-term flooring solutions available — reducing maintenance costs, improving light reflectivity, and eliminating the need for coatings that peel or chip over time.

  • Available in low, medium, and high gloss finishes
  • Suitable for new slabs and existing concrete rehabilitation
  • LEED-friendly — no coatings, adhesives, or VOCs
  • Improves safety through better light reflectivity
  • Compatible with dyeing and staining for custom aesthetics

Epoxy Systems

Epoxy Coating & Lining

High-performance epoxy flooring systems engineered for industrial and commercial environments that demand chemical resistance, durability, and slip resistance under heavy traffic.

Our epoxy systems are specified to match your exact environment — whether that’s a food-grade production floor, automotive assembly area, or warehouse with heavy forklift traffic. We install broadcast, self-leveling, and mortar epoxy systems.

  • Resistant to oils, chemicals, acids, and abrasion
  • OSHA-compliant slip-resistant finishes available
  • Broadcast systems for maximum durability
  • Fast-cure formulations to minimize downtime
  • Available in a wide range of colors and finishes

Anti-Static Epoxy Lining

Anti-Static Epoxy Lining

Anti-static epoxy lining systems are engineered for facilities where electrostatic discharge (ESD) poses a risk to equipment, product quality, or personnel safety. Common applications include battery manufacturing plants, electronics facilities, clean rooms, and any environment with sensitive equipment or flammable materials.

ICF installs conductive and dissipative epoxy systems that meet ANSI/ESD standards, providing a seamless, grounded floor surface that safely channels static electricity away from sensitive areas.

  • Meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 and IEC 61340 standards
  • Available in conductive and static-dissipative formulations
  • Seamless, chemically resistant surface
  • Ideal for battery plants, electronics, and clean room environments
  • Compatible with concrete polishing and joint fill programs

Protective Coatings

Polyurea Spray Coating

Polyurea spray coatings provide the fastest-curing and most impact-resistant protective surface available for industrial floors, rooftops, and containment areas. With return-to-service times measured in hours rather than days, polyurea minimizes disruption to active operations.

ICF applies polyurea systems for floors, secondary containment areas, loading docks, and exterior surfaces exposed to extreme conditions. The result is a seamless, flexible membrane that outperforms conventional coatings in virtually every category.

  • Cures in as little as 2–4 hours
  • Exceptional resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and temperature extremes
  • Seamless application — no joints or seams to fail
  • Suitable for interior and exterior applications
  • Ideal for occupied facilities requiring minimal downtime

Joint Fill & Repair

Joint Fill & Crack Repair

Saw-cut joints and control joints in industrial slabs are vulnerable to edge spalling, particularly under repeated forklift and heavy vehicle traffic. Proper joint filling protects slab edges, prevents foreign object damage, and extends the life of the entire floor.

ICF installs semi-rigid and rigid polyurea and epoxy joint fillers specified to match your slab movement, traffic type, and wheel hardness. We assess each joint individually to ensure the correct product and installation method is used.

  • Semi-rigid systems for slabs with thermal movement
  • Rigid systems for high-impact forklift traffic areas
  • Compatible with all concrete polishing and coating systems
  • Prevents edge spalling and foreign object damage
  • Available as a standalone scope or as part of full-floor packages

Concrete Resurfacing

Concrete Resurfacing

When existing concrete is damaged, spalled, or degraded, full removal and replacement is often unnecessary. ICF installs overlay and resurfacing systems that restore the structural integrity and appearance of existing slabs at a fraction of the replacement cost.

Our resurfacing solutions are ideal for occupied facilities where demolition and replacement would cause unacceptable operational disruption. We assess the existing slab, address the root cause of the damage, and apply the appropriate overlay system.

  • Cementitious and polymer overlays available
  • Restores level, smooth surface for coating application
  • Suitable for occupied facilities — minimal disruption
  • Addresses spalling, scaling, and surface deterioration
  • Can be combined with polishing or epoxy top coat

Decorative Finishes

Concrete Staining

Concrete staining provides permanent, fade-resistant color for retail, office, showroom, and light commercial environments. Unlike paint or coatings, chemical stains penetrate the concrete matrix and cannot peel, chip, or delaminate.

ICF offers both acid-based reactive stains and water-based acrylic stains, depending on the desired aesthetic and substrate condition. Staining can be combined with concrete polishing for a high-end decorative finish.

  • Acid stains for variegated, natural earth-tone effects
  • Water-based stains for consistent, broad color range
  • Permanent — will not peel, chip, or fade
  • Compatible with polished and non-polished surfaces
  • Sealed with low-VOC topcoats for durability and sheen
