Based in Buford, Georgia, our team has completed more than 10 million square feet of flooring across manufacturing plants, distribution centers, automotive facilities, battery plants, and commercial spaces throughout the Southeast. Our clients include some of the largest industrial names in the region — and the general contractors who build for them.

Company Milestones

2000s

Founded in the Atlanta Metro Area

ICF was established with a focus on commercial concrete polishing and epoxy coatings for industrial clients in the greater Atlanta region.

2010s

Expansion into Large-Scale Industrial Projects

Growing demand from automotive and manufacturing clients led ICF to expand capacity, adding polyurea spray systems and joint fill capabilities.

2020

10 Million Square Feet Milestone
